Our service is tailored to suit each young person placed, local authority as well as geographical location. Our prices are influenced by the risks posed or realised as well as level of support purchased. All properties are supplied fully furnished; only in the exception where a young person has his/her own furniture through his/her Leaving Care Grant, will we let out an empty provision. Our properties are also covered under our contents business insurance.

Option 1

1 bedroom flat base rate charged per week + 2hrs minimum support.

Medium risk base rate includes 5hrs minimum support purchased separately.

High risk base rate includes 10hrs minimum support hours purchased separately.

Option 2

2 bedroom flat/house with staff supervision.

Base price for accommodation based on risk assessment.

Support hours determined by risk level and support needed during daytime hours.

Sleep in staff where needed supplied and charged separately.

Option 3

Shared Accommodation

2 or 3 bed-house shared house based on low- to medium risk young people with minimum support.

Base rate charged per week each per young person + 2 hours minimum support a week, based on risk assessment.

Additional support can be purchased separately.

Option 4

Supported Lodgings

This is based on a 4 bed shared house with 24 hour staff support.

Based on medium- to high-risk young people & is charged at base rate week based on risk assessment

This service is a purchased service especially designed for a particular authority with guaranteed beds.

Our Facilities and Accommodation

Care Vault offers 24-hour staffed,
semi-independent accommodation and support for young people aged 16 to 18. It provides separate living spaces for both young people and staff and can accommodate all genders. The home includes shared bathrooms, showers, and toilet facilities, and each young person has their own bedroom, furnished to a high standard for comfort and privacy.
